Using Filters in Camphouse
Filters allow you to gain quick insights into specific data without the need to reconfigure chart or account settings. This guide will show you the available filters and how to use them effectively.
What Can I Filter By?
Date range
Organization
Plan
Media type
Media vehicle
Tags
Generated fields* (i.e., tracking codes)
Text fields*
*Generated and Text Field filters work differently and require exact text matches. For detailed instructions, see our article on filtering Generated and Text Fields.
Where Can I Apply Filters?
Filters can be applied in the following sections:
Media Overview, including Calendar view, Sheet view, Delivery plan and Production plan (limited release)
Reports
Charts
How chart-level filters interact with global filters
If a chart has its own filter applied, the chart-level filter takes priority over global report filters. As a result, global filters will not affect the chart. Charts with chart-level filters are marked with one or more small filter icons in the lower-left corner. Hover over the icons to see which filters are applied to the chart.
How to Use Filters
The filter function enables you to refine your search by organization, plan, media type, media vehicle, and tags. You can choose to apply a single filter or combine multiple filters for more specific results. Simply type into the textbox to search for available filter options or select filter settings to create customized filters.
Date Range Filter
You can filter data based on specific date ranges to narrow down the information you need.
Exclude Filters
The filter function also allows you to exclude certain data and filter based on custom date fields.
Saving Filters
For quick access and convenience, you can save filters as bookmarks by clicking on the star to the right of the filter field.
