From Personal Setup to Team Standard: Customizing the Sheet View
The Sheet View is where a lot of the day-to-day planning happens, so it's worth making sure it's set up to work the way you work. Whether you want to tailor it just for yourself or shape it for your whole team, Camphouse gives you the flexibility to do both.
Customize Your Own View
Every user can personalize their Sheet View to fit their own workflow. Hide fields you don't need, adjust how dates are displayed, turn on Duration, freeze key columns, and more. All of it happens behind the settings cog in the Sheet View, and none of the changes affect anyone else.
If you haven't set up your personal view yet, our companion article on decluttering your Sheet View walks through every option available to you.

Customize Views for Your Teams
If you're an admin, you can go a step further and create global view settings for others. These predefined views decide which columns are visible by default when users open a plan, which is a great way to simplify data entry, cut out noise, and bring consistency across your organization. Users can still layer their own private views on top, so you get a standardized starting point without limiting anyone's flexibility.
You can also assign views as team defaults, so different teams (for example, Paid Social, TV, or Programmatic) each open the Sheet View with the setup that matches their day-to-day work.
A quick note on access: global view setting creation currently requires Camphouse admin permissions. If you need support setting these up for your market, your Camphouse team is there to help.

The Takeaway
A well-configured Sheet View saves everyone time. Whether you're tailoring it for yourself or for your team, the goal is the same: less scrolling past irrelevant data, more focus on the work that matters. Spend a little time in the settings today, and your next planning cycle will feel noticeably smoother.
