Exporting Data in Camphouse
Camphouse allows you to export both the data you work with day to day and the settings that shape how your workspace is structured. This article explains all available export options and how to use them.
Exporting your plan and performance data
These exports include everything related to plans, results, reports, calendars, targets, production workflows, and file lists.
Export a Plan from Sheet View
Open the plan. Navigate to the plan you want to export.
Go to Sheet View. Access the full plan.
Click the downward arrow in the top right (
). This opens the export options.Choose how you want to export.
You can export directly to Excel or CSV, use an existing export template, or create a new template. Read more about export templates here.Select your export settings.
If you export directly to Excel or CSV, you can choose:which Media Types to include
which fields to include
whether to export everything to one sheet (otherwise each Media Type becomes its own tab)

Export Templates let you save your preferred field selections for future use.
Direct exports allow quick one-off downloads without using templates.
Export the Calendar View
Go to the Calendar View. Open the calendar view in Media Overview or for a specific plan.
Click the export button in the top right corner. This opens the export options.
Choose your export format. You can export the Calendar View to Excel or PDF.
Export to Excel for structured data. Excel exports include a table version of the entries and preserve some formatting such as colors.
Export to PDF for a visual snapshot.
The PDF will reflect exactly what is visible on your screen at the moment of export. You can also add a front page and choose to hide events if event tags exist in your plan.

PDF exports only include what is currently visible. Expand all hierarchy levels you want included.
Export full reports
Open the report. Go to the Reports section and select the report you want to export.
Click Export in the top right corner. This downloads the entire report.
Review page breaks before exporting. When editing a report, a red horizontal line indicates where a page break will occur in the PDF.
Adjust charts and tables around the red line. Make sure no chart or table sits directly on the page-break line. Place them just above or below it.
Export the report as a PDF. The PDF export takes a snapshot of what is visible at the moment of export.

PDF exports behave like visual snapshots. Only visible content is included.
Tables may not export cleanly if they contain hidden or collapsible data.
Export report charts
Open the report. Go to the Reports section and select the report containing the chart or table you want to export.
Hover over the chart or table. This reveals a menu in the top right corner.
Click the three dots in the top right corner. This opens the export options.
Choose your export format. The options differ depending on whether you are exporting a chart or a table.
Exporting tables
When exporting a table, you can download either a CSV or Excel file, and choose between:
Pivot Table
Raw Data
Available formats for tables

Exporting charts
For charts, you can export the underlying data or download an image of the chart, depending on the chart type.

CSV (for chart types that support data export)
SVG (image export)
PNG or JPEG (depending on the chart type)
Notes for charts
Gauge charts cannot be exported.
Export Targets
Open Targets. Go to the Targets view for the plan, subsidiary, or parent level you want to export.
Click the export button. Depending on which version you have (classic or new Targets, limited release), the export button may appear in the top left or the top right.
Choose your export format. Select the file type you want to download.
Download your targets. The export will reflect the current target hierarchy and values.

Export Results
Open the Results view. Go to the Results section for the plan or organization you want to export.
Click Export in the top right corner. This opens the export template menu.
Choose an existing template. Select any of the export templates available for your account.
Create a new template if needed. Click + Create template if no templates exist or if you need a new configuration.
Name your template. Give it a clear title so you can recognize it later.
Select your export options. Choose which fields to include and whether the export should be combined into one sheet or separated across multiple sheets.
Share the template (admins only). If you are an admin, you can share the template with all organizations linked to the parent account.

Export the Production plan (limited release)
Open the Production plan. Go to the Production plan view for the plan you want to export.
Click the export button in the top right corner. This opens the export options.
Choose how you want to export.
You can export directly to Excel or PDF, use an existing export template, or create a new template.Select your Excel settings.
When exporting to Excel, you can choose which fields to include and whether to export everything into a single sheet.Select your PDF settings.

The export only includes Production lines. Planning lines from Sheet View are not included in the Production plan export.
Export from the Files section
Go to Files. You can access the Files section on the parent, subsidiary, or plan level.
Click the export button in the top right corner. This opens the export options.
Choose your format. Select CSV or Excel to generate a list of the files available at the level you are viewing.
Download your file list. The export includes metadata for all files visible in the Files section at that level.

Other custom fields may be exported depending on your setup.
Notes
Only file metadata is exported, not the files themselves.
The export reflects the files available at the level you are currently viewing (parent, subsidiary, or plan).
Exporting your workspace configuration data
These exports cover settings that define how Camphouse is structured, such as tags, media inventory, and user lists.
Export from Media Inventory
Open Media Inventory. Go to Settings and open Media Inventory.
Select the sheet you want to export. Each sheet represents a media inventory relationship.
Click the export button in the top right corner. This opens the export options for the selected sheet.
Choose your format. Export the sheet as CSV or Excel.

Only one sheet can be exported at a time.
Export Tags
Go to Tags. Open Settings and select Tags.
Choose a tag category. Each category contains its own set of tags.
Click the export button in the top right corner. This downloads all tags for the selected category.

The export includes all tags within the selected category, including their names and any additional metadata.
Each category must be exported individually.
Export a list of users
Go to Users and Roles. Open Settings and select Users and Roles.
Click the export button in the top right corner. This downloads a list of all users in your workspace.
Save the file to your device. The export includes all user-related metadata visible in the Users and Roles view.
