About Delivery Plan

The delivery plan is a plugin that lets you view selected media fields from your planning sheet in a simplified layout directly in the app.

This view helps creative, activation, and other teams easily access the planning details they need. Instead of navigating through the full Sheet View, you can switch to Delivery Plan to focus on just the most relevant information — for example, Publish date, Format, or Channel.

Where to find the Delivery Plan

You can access the Delivery Plan from Media Overview on any level where you want to view data: parent, subsidiary, or plan.

Go to Media Overview on the level you want to view, and select Delivery Plan.

  • Parent (global) level: Shows data from all subsidiaries.

  • Subsidiary level: Shows data from all plans within that subsidiary.

  • Plan level: Shows data from that specific plan only.

What you can see

The Delivery Plan displays read-only information exactly as it appears in your Sheet View.

If you need to make changes, click the pen icon to the left of the row — this will take you directly to that item in Sheet View, where you can edit or update the information.

A Status column lets you check whether each material has been delivered, making it easy to follow progress. You can also upload a thumbnail of each ad, so it’s easy to visually identify the creatives in your plan.

All media types are shown together in one continuous list, so you can view everything in one place rather than switching between media type tabs.

Filter and export options

At the top of the Delivery Plan, you can:

  • Filter by delivery status: Choose between Not delivered, Delivered, or Show all to focus on specific materials.

  • Split by media type: Check or uncheck this option to group or merge all media types in the list.

  • Export: Download the current view as a PDF for easy sharing or offline review.

💡 Tip: Make sure you understand at which level you plan — for example, campaign level or ad set level. This defines how data should be entered in Sheet View for it to be displayed usefully in the Delivery Plan.

⚠️ Note: You need to be an administrator to enable and edit the delivery plan.

Enable the Delivery Plan Plugin

  1. Go to Settings: Open Settings from the left-hand menu.

    1. If you manage multiple organizations, you can enable the plugin either on the Parent account or for individual Subsidiaries.

  2. Enable plugin: Toggle on Delivery Plan. Once enabled, it will appear as an option in the Media Overview section.

    1. In the left-hand menu, it’s represented by a list icon , and when you open any of the sections, you’ll see it as a checkmark icon in the menu above the plan.

Add Media Fields to the Delivery Plan

To decide which information appears in the Delivery Plan, you need to define which media fields should be included.

This setup is done per media type, so you can choose different fields depending on what’s relevant for each one.

  1. Go to Settings: Open Settings (This is done on the parent level if you have multiple subsidiaries).

  2. Select Media Types and Fields: Go to Media Types and Fields in the list.

  3. Choose a media type: Configure the delivery plan separately for each media type you use.

  4. Select fields: In the list of added media fields, tick Delivery Plan for the fields you want to display.

  5. Save and repeat: Adjust as needed and repeat for all relevant media types.
