Understand the Media Overview

The Media Overview is the central place for exploring all your planning data. It appears as a dropdown in the main menu and exists on all three levels in Camphouse: global, subsidiary and plan. What you see depends on where you are in the app.

  • Global level shows aggregated data from all subsidiaries.

  • Subsidiary level shows aggregated data from all plans.

  • Plan level shows the full details for that specific plan, and this is also where the actual planning takes place.

View Options in Media Overview

Under Media Overview, you can choose between three views: Calendar, Sheet View and Production Plan (limited release). Each view gives you a different way to understand and manage your planning.

Calendar View

The Calendar View gives you a clear, visual layout of your planning activities.
You can customise it by:

  • Creating saved view structures

  • Applying filters to choose which data appears

This helps you quickly switch between different calendar setups and focus on the information you need at a glance.

Sheet View

Sheet View displays all planning entries in a table format and adapts to the level youโ€™re working on.

  • On plan level, this is where the actual planning happens and where planners update their entries.

  • On subsidiary and global level, you get a detailed overview of all plans within that organisation or subsidiary. It can also be used to make sure nothing important is missing, if you want an extra check.

On subsidiary and global level, you get a detailed overview of all plans within that organisation or subsidiary. This helps you work efficiently across many plans at once.

Production Plan (Limited Release)

If enabled for your organisation, Production Plan shows the production entries linked to your planning. The data shown depends on the level:

  • Global level shows aggregated production data from all subsidiaries

  • Subsidiary level shows production data from all plans in that subsidiary

  • Plan level shows the production rows for that specific plan. This is also where the actual planning takes place.

This helps teams follow creative deliverables and production tasks alongside their media planning.
