Where to find and manage approval requests
All approval requests in Camphouse are collected in the Approvals section. This is where you get a full overview of approvals you need to act on, or have already been part of.
What you can review in Approvals
You can switch between approval requests related to:
Planning
Production (Limited release)
Targets (Limited release)
You can either use the left-hand menu, or switch at the top of the page using the section headers.
Open and closed approvals
The Approvals section shows all active approval requests. Switch to Closed to view requests that have already been approved or rejected.
What information is shown for each approval request
When you open the Approvals section, you’ll see an overview table with the following information for each approval request:
Who created the request
Any comment added to the request
Who the approval is assigned to
Which organization it belongs to
Which plan or target it relates to
Which media types are included
Which status the request is pending for
The total number of comments
This makes it easy to understand the context before taking action.
Filtering approval requests
You can filter the approval list to focus on the requests that are most relevant to you.
Related to me
Use this filter to show approval requests that are either:
Created by you
Assigned to you
Filters
Use additional filters such as Media type or Approvers. You can apply multiple filters at the same time to narrow down the list further.
This helps you focus on the approval requests that matter most to you.
