Plugins

An overview of all available plugins in Camphouse, what they do, and how to enable or disable them.

Written by Micaela Rosling Caesar

Plugins let you turn features on or off in Camphouse to match the way your organisation works. Some teams need the full set of features, while others prefer a simpler setup – plugins give you control over what's visible and active.

You can find the Plugins page in Settings → Plugins.

Who can change plugins?

Admins can see which plugins are currently active, but enabling or disabling a plugin requires help from your Camphouse Customer Success Manager. Reach out to your CSM if you'd like to make a change.

Available plugins

Activation

Enable further splitting of your planning data. Use this when you need a more granular breakdown of how your media plan is activated – for example, splitting a line item into specific placements or buying methods.

Sub-option: Push activation data to integrations – automatically sends activation data to your connected platforms.

Brief

Adds a brief section to the plan setup flow, where teams can attach context, objectives, and creative files before planning begins. When enabled, you can also set the brief as required – meaning a plan cannot be created without one.

Exchange rates (Limited release)

Set and update currency exchange rates for organisations that plan across multiple currencies. Useful when different subsidiaries work in different local currencies and you need consistent roll-up reporting.

Forecasting (Limited release)

Track the effectiveness of your campaigns over time. Useful for teams that want to model expected performance and compare it against actuals.

Media inventory

Create a media inventory database to limit input to specific value combinations in your sheet views. This keeps your planning data clean and consistent by preventing unsupported combinations.

Media orders

Adds the ability to create cost estimates and insertion orders directly from your media entries. Use this to send booking confirmations to vendors without leaving Camphouse.

Omnibot (Limited release)

An AI assistant for your marketing data that lets you ask questions about your plans, targets, and results in plain language.

Production Plan (Limited release)

Adds a production layer to your planning sheet, letting you break media entries into detailed creative rows. Useful for teams that manage creative production alongside media planning and want to track asset status without cluttering the main plan.

Reports

Adds a dedicated Reports section where you can create dashboard-like charts combining planning, targets, and results data.

Restricted fields

Lets admins mark specific fields as restricted, hiding them from users without the necessary permissions. Useful for keeping sensitive data – like costs or rates – visible only to the right people.

Results

Adds a Results section where actual campaign performance data is displayed – either entered manually or pulled in automatically via integrations.

Targets

Lets you set budget and KPI targets at organisation, subsidiary, campaign, or tag level. Once set, targets can be compared against your planning and results data to track pacing and performance.

Sub-options:

  • Over-allocation cap – prevents planners from exceeding a set target value

  • Action restrictions – lets admins set granular permissions on who can update, split, send for approval, or delete targets.

Workflow collaboration settings

Adds approval workflows to your planning process. You can configure multi-step sign-off flows for plans, results, targets, and production – controlling who needs to approve what before data is finalised.
