Plan Setup Page

The Plan Setup Page is located at the bottom of your plan menu on the left side of your screen. This is the page you'll be directed to after creating a plan shell.

On the Plan Setup Page, you can edit sections such as

Detailed information on each of these sections can be found in the links above.

Main Info

In the Main Info section, you can adjust the details you initially provided when creating the plan shell. If you created your plan by copying an existing one, this section will replicate the structure of the original plan. Here, you can make necessary updates or corrections to ensure the information aligns with your current planning needs.

Archive & Delete

From Plan Setup, you can archive or delete a plan. Both options are located at the bottom of the Plan Setup page.

Archiving a Plan

Archiving a plan locks it from further edits while keeping it visible across views such as Media Overview, Calendar, and Sheet View. To archive a plan:

  1. Go to the Plan Setup page of your plan.

  2. Click "Archive plan" at the bottom of the page.

To unarchive, follow the same steps and click "Unarchive plan."

Deleting a Plan

Deleting a plan is permanent and cannot be undone. To delete a plan:

  1. Go to the Plan Setup page of your plan.

  2. Click "Delete plan" at the bottom of the page.

  3. Re-enter the plan name to confirm, then click "Delete plan."

Limitations on Recovery of Media Plans

Deleted media plans are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Users should exercise caution when deleting plans to avoid irreversible data loss.

⚠️ Please note that deleting a media plan is irreversible. Once a media plan is deleted, it cannot be restored or retrieved through the app. Ensure you are certain about your decision to delete to avoid unintended data loss.
