Introducing Active Users in View
We've added a simple way to see when a colleague is working in the same view as you, in real time. When someone else opens the view you're in, you'll see them appear, and you'll see them leave when they're done.
Where this works
Active Users in View is currently available in the following views:
Media Overview, at both parent and sub level
Media Inventory
Sheet View
Production Plan
Combined View
Results
This means it covers both planning your spend and adding actuals once a campaign is done. We'll look at extending it to more areas over time.
What you can do
It's a small change that makes a big difference when several people work on the same campaigns, helping the team coordinate and avoid clashing edits.
When another user is active in the same view, their avatar appears in the top right corner. You can open the indicator to see exactly who is currently in the view with you.
How it works
Open any of the supported views listed above.
If another user is active in the same view, their avatar appears in the top right corner of the view.
Click the avatar to open Active users in this view and see who is currently there, including their name and email.
As people come and go, you'll see them arrive and leave in real time.
