Using the Targets Timeline
The Target timeline gives you a clear overview of which targets apply within a selected period. It shows the active targets for the date range you choose and lets you drill down and update the target values directly.
What the timeline shows
What you see depends on where you are in Camphouse:
Global level shows targets across all organisations you have access to.
Subsidiary level shows all targets within that subsidiary.
Plan level shows only the plan’s targets, if the plan is part of your hierarchy.
You can only view one target hierarchy at a time. Use the drop-down menu at the top to switch between your available targets.
Make sure the date filter at the top matches the period you want to view. The Target timeline only shows data for the selected date range.
Configure your timeline
Click the cogwheel to open the view settings. Here you can:
Adjust the zoom range
Select your preferred timeline
Decide how to display totals in the top bar
Split the grid by week, month, quarter, semester or year
These settings help you tailor the view to what you want to review.
Update values on the timeline
You can explore the full hierarchy by expanding levels until you reach the lowest node. When you want to add or change numbers, use the timeline directly.
Open the Target timeline. Go to the relevant global, subsidiary or plan level and open the Target timeline view.
Click the bar you want to edit. This selects the target period you want to update.
Enter your values in the side panel. Use the panel on the right to add or adjust numbers, they will be saved automatically.
Review past updates if needed. Switch to the Changelog tab to see previous changes.
As you update values, the view shows how much of the target has already been allocated in plans- Any values added on lower levels roll up automatically to their parent targets. You can manually override parent values if needed.
Important: Hierarchies cannot be created or edited here
The Target timeline is a visualisation of your existing hierarchy. You cannot create, delete, restructure or rename targets here. All hierarchy changes must be made in Target Overview.
Export your targets
Click Export in the top right corner to download the target as a CSV or Excel file.
